Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Wrong item or size delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Major print or quality issues

All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (yes, we’ll know if you wore it for a mirror selfie).

Exchange Policy

Wrong size? No stress.
We’ll happily exchange it for the right one once we get the original tee back.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability (limited chaos drops move fast!).

Approved exchange will be delivered between 7-10 days.

Refunds

For approved returns:

  • Refunds are issued and processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of inspection.
  • For COD orders, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer (because we can’t mail cash, sadly).

What’s Not Returnable

  • Items bought during sales, discounts, or limited drops (those are final).
  • Products showing signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
  • Custom-printed / personalized orders.
