Welcome to TheMonq!. 
By using our website (themonq.in) and placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ll keep it simple — but still legally binding (because lawyers, y’know). If you don’t agree, please stop using the website — no hard feelings.

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of themonq.in and all purchases made through it.
We may update these terms whenever we need to — new laws, new features, new tea — and the latest version will always live here. Continued use means you accept those updates.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be 18 or older, or have your parent’s blessing (and possibly their card ).

  • When you place an order, you confirm all info provided is accurate and complete.

  • TheMonq reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that seems sketchy, fraudulent, or just plain sus.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices on themonq.in are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets — basically, everything except good vibes.

  • Prices may change from time to time, but the rate you saw at checkout is what you’ll be charged.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • We process orders within 1–2 working days (each tee’s made fresh — no stale stock here).

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
    • Other Cities: 5–9 working days
    • Jungle/Wakanda/Remote Hills: a lil extra patience please

  • Delays can happen due to courier issues, extreme weather, or Mercury in retrograde — we’ll keep you posted if it’s taking longer.

  • Once your order is shipped, TheMonq isn’t responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, or addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
  • Size exchanges are allowed for a small fee (so please double-check the size chart before ordering, we beg).
  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, replacements or exchanges are shipped within 7–10 days.

 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible (the parcel is already living its best life).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Everything you see on TheMonq — from logos, designs, and photos to that cheeky tagline — is our creative property.
No screenshots, clones, or rip-offs without our written permission. We made it, we own it.

7. User Conduct

When using our site, you agree to:

  • Not misuse it for illegal or shady stuff.
  • Not attempt fraud, spam, or hacking (seriously, who does that?).
  • Not mess with our site’s security features or backend.

If you do, we reserve the right to ban, block, or vibe-check your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’ll always do our best, but:

  • TheMonq isn’t liable for delays, payment failures, or courier mishaps.
  • We’re not responsible for misuse or unintended use of our products.
  • We can correct any pricing or description errors at any time.
    Our total liability — if anything goes wrong — will never exceed the amount you paid for that product.

9. Privacy Policy

Your data is safe with us. We don’t sell, trade, or leak your info to random third parties.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

All terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be handled through arbitration in India, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — ideally without drama.
